Melissa Mount

Watching Diana work with the pets over the past 10 years has helped Melissa develop a better understanding of her own dogs. So when the idea to become partners in Waggs N' Whiskers was discussed there was no question this was a good fit.   Melissa shares the same passion for the love and care of others pets as Diana.  She embraces the values and culture Waggs n’ Whiskers is known for and is focused on providing only the best care for your pets.  Each of our staff from the daycare professionals to the walkers, pet sitters, and trainers has been carefully selected for their dedication, patience, and experience prior to becoming part of our team.  

A passion for animals compelled Diana to create Elite Pet Services, WalkingPaws, and Waggs N' Whiskers. She has created these companies for pet owners who need reliable pet care and training. Diana is the pet mother of three adopted canine girls. And she knows how imperative it is to have a great understanding of canine language and effective communication to have a great relationship with your dogs.

My name is Katie and I joined the team as a dog daycare specialist in August 2023. I am passionate about working with animals. I care for horses and give trail rides and lessons as a Wrangler. I also train my own shepherd mix dog to do agility and tricks. She is so cute when she waves! I have lived in Colorado all my life and graduated from Heritage High School in May 2023. I look forward to seeing many of your dogs!

Molly is no stranger to working with dogs  helping them enjoy their stay at daydare.  She has an ability to create beautiful bonds with all those she works with each day.  And her personal dogs, Nala and Sam wholeheartedly agree there mama is the best!
